SHIPPING WITHIN INDIA
Enjoy free shipping across India when you pay online via debit card, credit card, PayU, Razorpay, net banking, or bank transfer. Orders are processed within 2-3 business days after payment confirmation.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We offer international shipping to selected countries. Once you enter your complete shipping address at checkout, the shipping fee (if applicable) will be automatically calculated, and you will be informed of the estimated delivery times.

Please note that customs duties, taxes, and other charges applicable in the destination country are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid at the time of delivery. DIERMEISS is not liable for delays caused by customs or local authorities at the destination.

ORDER COMMUNICATION
You will receive order-related emails in two stages.

Order Confirmation: Sent immediately after you place the order.

Shipment Confirmation: Sent once your order is dispatched, including a tracking code to monitor your package via the courier’s website.

Delivery times vary based on location and shipping method. Standard delivery within India typically takes 5-7 business days, while international delivery may take 7-14 business days, depending on customs clearance and courier services.
The shipment email will include a tracking code that you can use to monitor your package through the courier’s website.
Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the order. We will attempt delivery up to three times before the shipment is returned to our studio. Additional fees will apply for further delivery attempts. Orders with incomplete addresses or incorrect phone numbers cannot be scheduled for shipping.

ORDER CANCELLATION
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement by contacting our support team. Once the 24-hour window has passed, cancellations may not be possible if the order has already been processed. In rare cases where we must cancel an order due to unforeseen circumstances or product unavailability, we will issue a full refund.
REFUND
Refunds are issued only in cases where the product received is defective or damaged. If your request for a refund is approved, we will process the payment within seven to ten business days through the original method of payment.
Please note that customized or made-to-order items are non-refundable unless they arrive in a damaged or faulty condition.
RETURNS
PAYMENTS AND SECURITY
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may initiate a return within seven days of receiving the item, provided that it is unused, in its original condition, and accompanied by all tags and packaging.
To start a return, please contact info@diermeissbythedragonlady.com with your order number and reason for the return. Once your request is approved, we will provide the necessary instructions and the return shipping address. The cost of return shipping will be borne by the customer unless the item received is defective or incorrect.
